I love the process photos! This is going to be an incredible piece and I'm drooling to see it when it's finished!

I'm a huge Tennyson fan and The Lady has always been my favorite poems. I've never thought of trying to use poety/prose as jewelry inspiration, but I will now!

Thank you, Barbara! Exactly: there's the river and there are shisha mirrors that represent her looking glass. I'll be adding tears too. I'm delighted to find another fan of the poem and the story :-)

oooooo... this is lovely. The blue sinuous curves also make me think of the river that she takes to Camelot.

This is one of my favorite poems -- I memorized it in high school for speech team.
