Last year, my husband and I started a web site selling "barefoot" style sandals to runners and other people who have come to recognize the health benefits of minimalist shoes. Once I became addicted to wearing them all the time, I realized I had to figure out how to make them more fashionable. So I pulled out my beads and began to play with how I could dress up the 4 mm cord that we use to string our sandals.
